Ronn Torossian tells the difference between customers and fans

Most of the businesses are least bothered about the fact whether they have more customers or more fans as long as they are getting good monetary benefits. But in the public relations, this approach can be disastrous.
Ronn Torossian, the founder and CEO of 5W public relations explains the major difference between fans and customers. Take a look:

Customers are only those people who just tend to buy your product for any reason. The reason may be lack of other product or any other one. They may be using your service or product but they are not necessarily completely dedicated to only your product. Even those who stumble down to your product bypassing other ones are not your fans.

Fans are those people who just do not care to have a look at any other available product or service in the market, but yours. They rely only on your services and are willing to spread positive message about it with other people.

What happens on social media stays on the web’ says Ronn Torossian

Social media is the one tool which has literally revolutionized the PR industry, and has taken it to a level, which could not have been imagined a generation ago. While it is an excellent and amazing tool for doing unlimited publicity, it should be used with extreme care and caution.

Ronn Torossian, the founder of 5WPR, a New York based Public Relations firm says that on the flip side, the social media network can get you caught red handed. So, always remember that the moment you have posted something on the web, it is going to stay there.

Of course you may delete it right away, once you realize that the post was not really the best idea you could have shared. But, deleting it does not guarantee that your mistake has been erased completely, and chances are that people have already gone through it and shared that post.

So do not assume that you will always get away with it. There may have been a few times when you actually got away with it; but getting caught even a single time, will make all the previous narrow escapes futile.

Some really helpful tips by Ronn Torossian!

The word ‘platform’ is the latest buzzword especially in terms of public relation campaigning. No matter what you want to promote, you would be asked to build a platform. Also doing this used to be a lot easier earlier when all you had to do is just borrow the steam from an already established entity.

But now those platforms have become mobile, so what would you do? That question needs to be solved. Ronn Torossian, the PR guru suggests becoming a resource. It is a good way to build that platform and meet newer prospects. Answer questions by reaching out there and engage public into conversations.

When most of the people hear this word they only think about displaying appealing content or publishing good material followed by a long pause. But that is just one step and it requires going an extra mile. Creating content that readers could relate to, something to draw the public towards you and your content. Build connection while building credibility and the platform will definitely grow.

Ronn Torossian suggests making the most of web tools like Google AdWords

You launch an appealing website. To promote it, you make accounts on all the major social networks. Then you log in to your accounts and to see people showing interest in what you have to offer, but nothing happens because this is not actually how businesses work.

It requires vision, time, diligent mind and investment to conduct a successful business outreach.

One of the best tools that help you attract maximum traffics towards your webpage is Google AdWords. It may sound like a technically intricate task, and that is why most business may refrain from trying to find out how it works.

But fortunately we have a PR prodigy, Ronn Torossian who suggests starting small with Google AdWords by making a small investment, and once you have fully understood how this platform works, you can take a bigger step ahead for buying and placing ads on a large scale to see those hits coming and increasing your website’s number of views.

Ronn Torossian - Start small and then work things out for your website

Internet is already loaded with well established websites offering useful information about every imaginable resource or topic. So if you think as a freshmen in the web market, you can overtake IMDB or Huffington Post in one go, then that is not possible, no matter how big money you are ready to invest. Therefore, begin with a small focus then steadily expand as a pioneer into that field.

The CEO of public relation firm 5WPR, Ronn Torossian suggests that the key to get enough hits on your website is via beginning small and then slowly carving your way out towards expansion.

For instance, if your website is about car racing, then you can start by publishing local race news. Beginning on a small scale will give you enough scope to identify key and significant group of people rather than just jumping into the ocean of competitors. This will let you explore more areas with better understanding of your field.

Ronn Torossian explains how to maintain blogger content!

The PR prodigy, Mr. Ronn Torossian gives an insight of how to go about running your blog successfully. Take a look at what he said:

It is difficult to come up regularly with new blog topics and interesting content every day. Especially for someone who has to make multiple postings on several sites consistently. A time will come when you will be left with no option but to conduct research to authenticate your points. If you are crafting a press release, you just cannot compromise on the accuracy factor.

Internet is bombarded with sea of information. In fact the informational crashes are so much that you do not know where to begin.

Mr. Torossian further suggested beginning with a nationally recognized and authoritative source of information. Try finding out information first from authentic and reliable news sources, instead of following editorials, blogs or opinion pages. Try avoiding these as your prime ‘go-to’ source for collecting initial information.... Read more info click here
